Philip Solomon and Associates will send a licensed practitioner to Assisted Living Facilities (ALF), Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF), Group Homes and Other Homes.

Typically, the therapists visits weekly and will see individuals one to one. We can also create groups when appropriate. Helping in the management of medications is an additional service we can offer.
